Disembarkation at Southampton

Hi I am hoping one of you lovely members can help me with this query as I cannot find an answer anywhere.

I am trying to get a rough idea of what time we will disembark at Southampton from our Northern Europe cruise on Preziosa in September. I need to know prior to the cruise as I am boarding my dog and they require a rough time of when he will be picked up.

The agent I booked with was less than helpful and said I wouldn't know until the night before we go home. All they could tell me is it is done deck by deck.

If anyone has any other info on the disembarkation process and timings I would be really grateful. We are on deck 12.

Thanks in advance. 😊

Our details say that the ship docks at 8 am but it will likely be there before then, you could always ask customer services for self disembarkation but that would mean taking your own cases off with you.

I would expect to be off by 11am at the latest going off previous cruises from Southampton.
