This happened to me last week and turns out I had walked away for a while and was automatically logged off but I still input the information (looked like I was still logged in). I wasn't. It's ridiculous, annoying and if it wasn't for the prices I wouldn't sail with them. It's 2017 and they have a crappy website. When I was having problems I called 877-665-4655 and one of the phone menu prompts mentioned something about MCS's website (sorry I don't remember specifically and their office is currently closed for me to call to get the specifics) I selected that prompt and got to their website development and she help. [ My issue was not being able to get logged in to my account.
