18 day round trip to Hawaii from San Diego

I could not find any mention of stateroom door decorations at all but I could have easily missed it. It is not in the Safety section like it is in the printed version. If anyone finds it in the online version, please post. If it's not there, then I suspect those who really want to bring door decorations have an out.

 

It doesn't matter to me either way as we don't decorate our door but I do enjoy seeing others (and using them to help find my cabin more easily).

I don't decorate either but I rely on other pax balloons to point me in the right direction to my cabin LOL.

I do it on my iPad by clicking, touching, the cloud symbol. I do it before I leave home. It does take some memory. I'll check on downloading from laptop.

Go to great courses and navigate to the Course player page as pictured below, click on the right click to save, but just left click on it, then click save in the dialog box.

Thanks for replying, but my mistake. My DH has Great Courses Plus and apparently they cannot be downloaded even though you pay a monthly fee and can watch as much as you like streaming.

Since I was not provided with the printed version of "Know before you go".. will be decorating my door as usual.. leaving 9/30.. will report back.. unless i am thrown in the brig!! Fun.. entertaining thing to do..

Sorry this is delayed... When we purchase a course we either buy it as DVDs and the come by mail, or we buy it as a download which is on their website in our account for us to download indefinitely. m--

We have reservations for a cruise from San Diego round trip to Hawaii. Now, my DH is a little concerned about the five sea days each way--wondering what he will do with all of the time. We do not use the casino. He does like to read, and on earlier cruises has enjoyed some of the computer classes.

 

Just wondering what some of the rest of you have done with five sea days in a row. He is not someone to enjoy cooking classes, or hulu lessons, etc.

 

Hoping that we don't need to cancel the cruise.

Just wanted to say that we took this cruise in February of this year and had the time of our lives! We read a lot, sat on the verandah when weather permitted, did lots of talking, attended some of the shows, saw a couple on-board movies & rented a couple, and lounged by the pool enjoying beverages. I also walked a great deal on deck in a (futile) ;p effort not to gain any weight from all those good meals! We did feel that a day or two fewer sea days might have suited us better; however, the ports & fun we had would make us do it all over again--and we may in 2019!
