Casino cash question...is there a fee to get cash in casino on Royal Caribbean ships?? We are on the Liberty over New Year's Eve.

Yes, they charge 5% if your onboard account is secured by a credit or debit card.

If you got the email, yes its ligit!

Also got the email offer.

I called and asked a million and one questions, ended up booking a cabin for Oct 22 on the Liberty. You pay port and tax fees plus grats.

My offer was for an interior, I was able to upgrade to an OV on deck 3 for $102.00

My DH can't go, so I am going with a GF who has never cruised and has been dying to go, so this is her cheap fare cruise, my total for the free cruise was $348.00, split in half! Not bad for a 7 day cruise. Of course airfare from PHX is always high, plus hotel, it did add up, but still worth it.

As for gambling, our Allure cruise in July, I played 3 card poker and spent $100. I guess I got lucky enough to get an offer.

What level of play are you guys getting to get these offers?

I have a set budget for the entire cruise of 300.00. But I play for a long time while in there cause I win then lose etc... my sister who took her first RCCL cruise last year had a 50.00 budget but would come with me and win and lose and she got one.

If you are a guest of the casino... even just a discounted cabin, you can see the casino host and get the VIP sticker to avoid the 5% fee.

Another way to avoid the charge is to have a cash type onboard account.

I was on an Alaskan cruise at the end of August. I was in the casino just about every day but that was because I just got lucky and was winning. I came out a little ahead. Just took advantage of it to book a cruise on the Allure in November. The entire cruise after taxes cost about $250.00 for the both of us. Great deal.

Can someone tell me if there is an email address for the Casino? I should have received a free cruise after gambling enough on my last one but I didn't get the voucher, I contacted RCL and they said I should phone them but I'm abroad so it would be cheaper to email.

Thanks

Not sure if it will work for you, but I found this one for wire transfers: casinocredit@rccl.com. Please report back if you give it a try.

I got this email also. I'm in the casino each cruise, but didn't know I'd been noticed. I play roulette, not poker, and don't remember ever handing the dealer my sign and sail card. I couldn't go on this cruise, but I did call to see if there was anything they could do for my booked cruise in Feb. No luck, but they did make a note for the casino host that I'll be on the cruise. We'll see if anything happens.:p

I don't usually gamble much but these sound like great deals. My question is how much. Do you have to gamble on future cruises to get put on future mailings?

I'm not sure anyone knows how much you have to gamble to get these offers. I am not a high Roller or do I risk a large bankroll. I was quite surprised I received this offer. I do believe you need to gamble on future cruises to continue to have a chancee for offers.
