Princess Transfer Livorno to Florence

There is nothing mysterious about a cruise line transfer as its simply a bus, from the pier, to Florence. Driving time, on a weekday morning, should be about 1:15....although unexpected traffic can sometimes add time to the drive. So you can expect to be in Florence (at your drop point) by 10. Walking to the Ufizzi should take you no longer then 15-20 min,...so your 11am entrance will be fine.

Just be sure (if you can) that it actually departs at 8:15 -- or is that the gathering time, in which case your departure will be later.

Princess tends to list the time that you have to meet in one of their gathering spots (e.g., the Princess theatre) as the "start" time, but it could take you as much as 30 minutes after that to get loaded onto a bus and be on your way.

(This is one reason why I've said in the past that taking the train to Florence can net you more actual time "on the ground" than the ship transfers....)
