From today's RCCL website update:

 

"We understand that limited hotel availability in San Juan may cause you to alter your travel arrangements. Airlines are being flexible with waiving change fees, so please check with your carrier, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. "

 

So, if you're scheduled for Adventure in 5 days no problem! Just contact your airline and fly in a different day. We're sure there will be lots of flights and availability for changing your scheduled flight into the disaster area. And feel free to call if you have any questions...........

Yes, that is the link I've been monitoring and it says that quote now. But at the time of my post, it still showed the update from Sept 29th which is why I asked where the OP found the new language.
