OP has 3 cruises that they want to cancel and the agency is not answering the phone so I do not think this is out of proportion.

Well the OP is now heading in the right direction with some patience and determination...no lawyer needed :rolleyes:

Finally got a call from TA. I think agent is new and didn't know how to proceed. All taken care of now. I still will cancel three cruises with this agency. Previous owner would be so upset with this treatment.
