ssmea03 Posted October 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 6, 2017 So what happens when your itinerary has been changed and you had an excursion booked for that port? We have the rain forest tour booked for San Juan but are now going to St Thomas.
Asecert Posted October 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 6, 2017 MSC should automatically be processing refunds for any excursions booked for the cancelled port. I would probably call them just to confirm because they can be a little slow with their refund process.

We have the rain forest tour booked for San Juan but are now going to St Thomas. I had the exact same issue. I was told by the online chat person that I had to call in to cancel it. So I called and they cancelled it for me and said it would take 7-10 days to charge back to my credit card.
cellfree Posted October 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 6, 2017 We had a Nassau excursion booked through MSC and had prepaid it prior to sailing. Once the Divina did not go to Nassau the amount was automatically put back onto our Sign and Sail card as a credit. We used some of it (it was applied to tips and other excursions we booked) and the balance was given in cash at checkout.
