Another change to Regal's 11/26/17 Itinerary

Going on Regal on 11/26/17 and went on the website this morning to see that St Thomas had been replaced with St. Croix(9am-6pm). So now it is Princess Cays, St. Croix, and Antigua for that week. Guess it could change again before sailing.

The royal 11/05/17 keeps changing ports as well. They changed Dominica to Martinique last week. Yesterday changed St. Thomas to St. Croix (which i thought was also severely damaged) and Grand Turk to Princess Cays.

The Hurricane Update page on the Princess website still says they expect[ed] St Thomas to be reopened in time for cruises starting November 19 (the sailing before the OP's). Guess they finally realized how wholly unrealistic that was. Probably will update that page further on Tuesday--but typical of Princess to sneak the itinerary changes into the system over the weekend. And a Bank Holiday weekend at that.

From the photos I have seen of St Thomas, there is a lot of destruction and it will take a good bit before they are able to once again welcome tourists on cruise ships. The November date always has seemed to me to be extremely optimistic. Therefore I am not surprised about the port changes. St Croix was worked over by the last hurricane but like Puerto Rico missed Irma while St Thomas was hit by both hurricanes. I have not seen any pictures from St Croix and seems to have been ignored. St Croix is the largest of the three USVI and almost 3x the size of St Thomas. It basically is 22 miles x 7 miles. It is 43 miles between the two islands.
