Christmas Wishes.....

Tis the season for dreams and wishes.....

If you could choose any ship, any intinerary, any stateroom and location of stateroom at any time of year - what would you choose?

What if we pretend that money is not a factor in your decision, would you stick with the tried and true - or would you try something different?

I thought it would be neat to see what people would choose if money wasn't an issue - plus, it never hurts to dream does it?

Radiance Class, Royal Suite, AFT (hey you said we could choose location) round trip from Miami through the Panama Canal, stop in San Diego, cruise Alaska, cruise Hawaii, back around South America and back to Miami. With stops at Labadee and CocoCay while in the Caribbean.

Hey if we're dreaming, I'm dreaming big.

We are booked on our dream cruise next October:

Jewel of the Seas - Boston, Massachusetts; Kings Wharf, Bermuda; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas; Willemstad, Curacao; Oranjestad, Aruba; Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We would love to be in the Royal Suite, however a JS will have to do :D

Now Robyn, what is your dream cruise?

I guess I am living my dream. We like the JS more than the GS so that is what we sail in and we are doing the dream of the 14 day Med, Greek Isles, Italy, etc. My only regret is that it is on Brilliance rather than AOS. I do love the Voyager class but they do not sail the ports we want.

I'll take the most expensive cabin (don't know what it's called) on the Quen Mary 2 on a cruise around the world. If they give it to me I won't be too fussy and complain about the time of year.....

my dream would cruise would be on the freedom of the seas in an aft suite. The itinerary would have us leave from seward alaska, and cruise down through alaska and then over to hawaii. From hawaii we would sail down and through the panama canal and over to grand cayman. From Grand cayman, we would sail to the us virgin islands and then to miami. The cruise would take place in august after all the kids start school.

I'd charter the whole damn ship since money wasn't an issue, then I'd be giving orders as to where I go! But in keeping with the question, I'd book the Owners Suite on a Vision class ship and make it sail up the St Lawrence Seaway to my Great Lakes; sail Montreal to Toronto to Buffalo, NY, to Detroit, to Mackinaw Island, to Traverse City, MI to Holland, MI, to Chicago. Or I'd love Antarctica or the Arctic. If I couldn't make my own itinerary then it'd be Alaska again.

Well ....If we are dreaming ...

It would have to be the Garden Villa on NCL's Dawn..(owned and sailed by RCI of course.)..

It would have to sail from Galveston,so I don't have to mess with airports...So it would have to do at least a 12 nighter...And include St Kitts,St Martin,T&T.....Turks&Caicos... Barbados......And somehow swing over to the Pearl Islands

Freedom of the Seas on a world cruise leaving and returning to L.A.

Ooh, good one. Although, I'd prefer it to leave out of San Diego, but I guess I can fly into San Diego and have my brother drive me up to LA.

I would pick the National Geographic Endeavor on it's "In Search of Polar Bears" Iten. You have to fly to Norway and then they take you north in search of Polar Bears. I have seen pictures and it's absolutely awesome. When I make Regional Vice President with my company I am booking!!! I got lucky enough that our Company Trip for next year is on the Diamond Princess and I don't have to pay for it. Email me if you want to go too! natesfirewife@yahoo.com

Royal Suite on Serenade from Vancouver to Alaska with a five-day train trip into the Canadian Rockies to start and two-three days in Vancouver before heading home.

Or, if we're going for it all....one year on Residensea seeing the world from their best apartment accomodation.

That was fun!:D

Hmmm.....my dream cruise?

Let's just say I spent 10 years dreaming of cruising before I finally convinced DH we absolutely HAD to cruise ;)

On a more serious note....I would like a voyageur class ship, sailing from MIAMI to -> Aruba, Antigua, St.Maarten, San Juan, St.Lucia and back to Miami. I would choose an Owners Suite on the hump - I would also have RCI extend the balcony for me so it was at least as big as the Grand Suite's balcony ;) I would cruise back to back on the same itinerary for the last 2 weeks of February.

My biggest and only beef is that you can't sail the spectacular southern itinerary unless you are prepared to get to San Juan which is a major expense for most of us.

That's my dream and I'm stickin' to it! Here's looking at winning the lottery! :p

The cruise we're going on for Christmas (Tahitian Princess) only in an Owners Suite and the next one we're booked on (29 night - Australia - L.A.) again in an owner's suite or penthouse of whaterever the biggest suite is.

Then an around the world cruise that includes the Orient and all far east on the Queen Mary.

Such as dreams are made of.

Since money is no option, I think I would cruise on the 360 Traveling City. I can't remember the exact name, but I would love to be traveling for an entire year.

Other than that, we hope to one day do a 14 day Scandanvian cruise, but if dreaming then add a 14 day Mediterranean Cruise. We love the Voyager Ships, so one of those preferably and I think an AFT balcony room would be fantastic;) I don't need a lot of room in the cabin, just room to relax and watch the water pass by.

Well, a dream cruise for me would be anything that is in a warm climate.

After I get off work on the morning of December 25th, the Mrs and I always

like to just get away and let the reindeer and elf's just fin for themselves.

Our problem is, it has to be a Voyager Class ship because I need all the

runway space I can get to just land on the ship.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!

My dream cruise would be on the Jewel in an owners suite, cruising the Hawaiian Islands for about 2 weeks, then cruising down to Tahiti and cruise all the cook islands for about 3 or 4 weeks, and having all my friends and family on the ship with me. We would charter the ship for about 6 weeks!

An all the foo foo drinks would be included of course! And the weather would be all sunny skies, and flat seas, and lobster every night if we wanted it!
