Here is what I have in my planner for my Travel Budget

Here is my budget that I have in my planner. I don't have amounts per se on everything, so if you have a dollar amount please give. If you feel I have missed something please let me know. I have not planned a vacation since 2005. And I have never cruised before.

 

I have already booked by excursion for Cozumel. That is already paid.

 

Leaving Tampa: 9/2018

Going to Cuba and Cozumel

5 day cruise

 

Cruise: $978.00 (remaining amount)

Airfare:$ 350

Hotel: $100 (Booked not paid)

Cab/Uber (to hotel-to Port-to Airport): $

Shopping: $200

Excursion (Cuba): $200

Tips (Ship): $75

Tips (Other) $50

Food:

at the airport or on the plane depending on how long your journey is

in Tampa (e.g. dinner before your hotel night and breakfast after, possibly lunch depending on when you plan to board)

during the cruise (specialty restaurants)

I'm not saying all of that applies - one could pack snacks for the plane, have a hotel that includes breakfast, not do specialty restaurants or already have a package that includes them, not eat on land or it's already included in the excursions. Unless you are a short hop away from Tampa, you will probably want to buy dinner that evening. At least think about what you might want to do and include something for that.

 

Drinks on most main stream lines includes paying for soft drinks and specialty coffees as well as alcoholic beverages unless you have a beverage package.

Will eat before I board the plane..it is a 2 hour flight I think. And snacks for plane will be packed.

 

No Spa and maybe one photo. (will take out of shopping)

 

Keep them coming. I am sure my $200 for Shopping is high. I do plan on bringing home cigars and rum from Cuba.
