St. Martin - 1st Cruise Ship November 5th

OK so the ship is stopping there (if true). Big deal. What is there to get off the ship and see that is not a total mess. I don't go anywhere just to go to a jewelry store.. Good luck to the people of St. Maarten in their efforts to rebuild their country. But things just don't get rebuilt overnight.

 

In 1995 Hurricane Hugo destroyed the Mullet Bay Resort. That place was never rebuilt. So things don;t always return to the way they were.

 

If we end up going there it's going to be a day on the ship.
