Majesty of the Seas question

We have a short cruise booked on Jan 5 for Majesty. We just completed a cruise on Oasis, so we know the basics. Just want to find out what is open on embarkation day while we're waiting for our rooms. Windjammer? Anything else?

You probably already know that Majesty is nothing like Oasis....the pool deck and bar is open!!!

We know that she is a much smaller, much older ship, but my son requested a more "intimate" (his word, not mine) ship for our second cruise. Oasis was wonderful and only felt crowded when a street party was going on (prime pizza-retrieving time for us), so we are prepared to feel the crush a little more. Just wanted a short cruise to keep the cruise juices flowing, and to surprise the boyfriend for Christmas this year.

We'll have to check out the pool deck--thanks!

Johnny Rockets, Sorrento's Pizza, Compass Deli and Cafe Latte-tudes should all be open by Noon on day 1.

Yep.. all these, and Compass is not busy at all. Very nice to sit in peace and enjoy lunch.

They typically have a hot roast beef sandwich, though not the same beef as in Park Cafe on other ships.
