You can take the ferry across the bay to Anse Mitan Beach.

Ferry cost $8 R/T Ferry runs every 20 to 30 minutes.

I was on HAL 3 weeks ago and the ferry dock was right to the right of where we were docked. Nice beach and good snorkeling. Didn't see any lounge chairs.
