Your choice, make reservations or just show up.

While there is no problem with just showing up, it is best to make reservations if you don't want to have to wait on a line to be seated.

I know that on the second night of our 12-day Med cruise, we had reservations, but still stood in line for an hour! We ended up making friends with folks around us in line and got a 'jump' on all the other 2-people tables. I always reserve my times for every day as soon as the option opens up online. You can always change or cancel once you're on board, but it's better to start with a guarantee.
