Except for Explorer recently out of Seattle, it sure looks like it. Plus Legend and Splendour are gone.

Our cruise is leaving out of Port Everglades. I'm actually asking for friends cruising with us and they say they've always done this on Carnival.

Royal has not allowed bottles of hard liquor in the stateroom for years. These little bottles with the mixers are fairly new.
