HAL and their loyalty and future cruise program

Do these guys have a Captains Circle Host, Cruise Next Manager or Crown and Anchor Society future cruise sales reps onboard. Sailed with NCL Carnival Royal P&O and Princess over the years but giving HAL a bash and if we like it will look to book the next onboard or at least get the cruise reward thing started.

Yes they do. It is the "Mariner Society" instead of Captains Circle. And future cruise consultant to help you book another cruise on board.

Should you decide to book a future cruise while on a HAL cruise, you will get shipboard credit for that new cruise. The amount depends of the length of the cruise and the cabin category you select. You will also qualify for a lower deposit. BUT beware that your deposits on many cruises are non-refundable.

You will be given confirmation numbers. You can either use HAL's booking agents or you can transfer your booking to your own TA -- as long as you do it one day before final payment. You are not required to book a specific cruise. You can do that any time after you get home and decide on a cruise.

There was a completely separate, future cruise desk adjacent to the library on our Zaandam cruise last winter.

 

At that time they were offering double OBC if you booked another cruise while onboard. The attendant told me that I could book any itinerary and change it to a different itinerary after returning home without losing the double OBC. (Wish I had done that) :cool:
