don't-use-real-name Posted November 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2017 Normally the Pan-American Pier see Google photo image with ship at pier LINK: https://www.google.com/maps/@18.4603048,-66.1043479,948m/data=!3m1!1e3 ZOOM the MAP in and out to get a better reference ! BUT with the after math of the Hurricane damage could also use Muelle #4 upper left corner of image near vicinity of the old town. Get directions and instructions current with the situation from NCL !

Russ Lomas Posted November 4, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 4, 2017 We cruise on the Dawn on the sailing before you. Our e-docs say the Pan American Pier, but the representative from NCL we talked to on the phone say it is the pier on the other side of the bay in Old San Juan. I have asked on the roll-call for the current cruise from Boston to San Juan to report back here in 2 weeks when they disembark in San Juan as to what pier they actually docked at. I would go by what your eDocs say -- and make sure you check them right before you leave (even if you print them earlier). We were initially told Old San Juan when we called, but our eDocs say Pan American Pier. In the past, NCL has used the Pan American pier, so that is where we are heading next week.
