Some of those shuttles are not licensed for the MIA airport, or refuse to go there for business reasons. Go Airport Shuttle will get you from PE to the MIA airport; I would also check with Super Shuttle. Private transport from Larry's Limos is another option.

 

A taxi will run about $75-80+tip or you can use UberX for about $35+
