Embarkation Sillhoutte?

New to Celebrity so some embarkation day questions, please. What time should we get to the terminal? We always shoot for 10:45 AM on RCI ships.On what deck will we enter? Where should we find the best deals offered for specialty dining; at the restaurants or from people hawking dining deals and where would these people be located? I assume the gym is available for use. TIA

We usually arrive around 11:00 - 11:30. The deck will vary depending on the pier the ship is docked at; decks 3, 4 or 5. There should be a server from one of the specialty restaurants at a laptop where you board and also outside of the buffet. Deals would be the same if you went to the restaurant or to one of the servers. Murano's seems to be the restaurant to go to to book any of the specialties. The 1st night generally offers some good deals. If it is a holiday sailing deals might be few and far between. The gym is available.

Joined Sillhouette in September our first celebrity cruise for a while we were in Barcelona but have embarked many cruises at Miami. If you arrive about 11am you should not have long to wait to embark as it is smooth. The best place to book for specialty dining is just walk round deck 5 as that is where most of the restaurants are and they are all open for you to have a look at. If you are in concierge class you can have your embarkation lunch in the main dining room on deck 3. it is well worth it. If not ocean view cafe is also great. I am sure you will have a great time on board and enjoy it.
