Hello,

I am wondering it the main pool on the Gem has walk down stairs or just the ladder? My husband in mobilty impaired and finds it easier to walk into the pool.

Also, is there one or two pools?

Recall the shallow kiddie pool having steps and the adult pool having metal ladders.

Yes, one of the two, adult-sized, main pools had walk down steps with handrail.

Some ships have "lifts" for those who can't use ladders....
