lauren009 Posted November 27, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 27, 2017 They are all very similar with Epic being the smallest of the three and Escape being the biggest. Bigger ships have more restaurants, bars, activities, etc but people say they feel more crowded. My advice is to choose your cruise based on itinerary/date and then also avoid dates when children won't be in school (summer, between xmas/new years/march-[spring break]/week of president's day [winter break]). We sailed when she was new and the S shaped rooms were not comfortable, I think they went more for aesthetics more than comfort. You literally walk through the bathroom when entering your room from the entrance door! Toilet is on one side of the aisle and sink is on the other. Don't answer the door when someone is on the toilet. lol Did not like a rounded bed either.
