Transfering booking between TA's ?

Can I transfer a booking between different TA's? I booked with an online agency and the person does not return calls or emails.

The original TA must agree to the transfer. In extreme situations Royal may pull back a reservation from a TA.

I have tried to do this in the past. RCL wouldn't get involved. I needed to persuade the TA holding the booking to release it before it could be transferred to my preferred TA. A painful process.

 

This is in the UK. Might be different elsewhere.

If the cost of your cabin is the same or less than your booking, I'd just cancel and rebook. If not, transfer to Royal then transfer to new agent.
