tweetybird Posted December 6, 2017 #27 Share Posted December 6, 2017 My husband and I are Elite on Princess and would book a Celebrity cruise over Princess. Princess is lacking in nearly every category, food, service, cabins, shore excursions and entertainment.
cocacola86 Posted December 6, 2017 Author #28 Share Posted December 6, 2017 One thing I like is Celebrity is in October so a longer time to save but the Royal goes to Seattle which I always wanted to visit the Boeing Factory Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rare leck57 Posted December 6, 2017 #29 Share Posted December 6, 2017 My husband and I are Elite on Princess and would book a Celebrity cruise over Princess. Princess is lacking in nearly every category, food, service, cabins, shore excursions and entertainment. Couldn't disagree more in relation to Celebrity being superior for food and entertainment. We have been on both and found the service to be equal, Celebrity better with cabins, and shore excursions similar. In our opinion the dining rooms on both are similar, Princess is way ahead with the buffet, and has far more options for entertainment. Celebrity cram most things in to the atrium whereas Princess have entertainment at many more locations around the ship. Frankly though if both lines were available, I'd take the best itinerary, as both will do us.

CI66774 Posted December 6, 2017 #34 Share Posted December 6, 2017 My husband and I are Elite on Princess and would book a Celebrity cruise over Princess. Princess is lacking in nearly every category, food, service, cabins, shore excursions and entertainment. I've cruised on both lines and find them very comparable. "Lacking in nearly every category?" Hardly. Both good lines.
