I was on yesterday as well, however it's not working right now. Tells me there is no data.

Just went there - it was a little slow - but I was able to get in and check my Cruise Personalizer (no upgrades yet!)

I've been able to get on but they are for sure having some problems. I went on to pre book two excursions...they went on fine and then said my excursions were booked for 'Charlize Theron"....They are trying to figure out why this happening:) I'm just wondering were my 'oscar' is hidding then??? LOL

I went on to update my personalizer. It won't take my phone # and then deletes half of the information. PITA:D This is the third try. Also the other day while looking at my itin, it said we had to be back onboard ship at 1:00pm.

 

I can only hope for a excursion with Charlie Sheen:D

I have been trying to get on for 2 days and can't bring it up at all!! It is so frustrating. I was beginning to think it was just me... but glad others are having problems.

I finally get in and it won't accept our new expiry date for new passports. Says that they are invalid...aargh... I am putting in what it says on the passport!!!!:mad: :mad:

Hi Perky...just call them at Princess and explain it to them. They were very good when I called yesterday. They upgraded the cruise personalizer during the last week and I think still working on a few gliches.

Save yourself the stress and hassle and call.....they are really nice to deal with and had a great laugh about my excursions saying they are booked for "Charlize Theron"....think I'll keep that copy and add to a cruise memory book:)
