What night is Caribbean night on CB eastern route

Does anyone know what night is Caribbean night in the dinning room on

CB? (Eastern Route)

Thinking maybe Sterlings on that night

It was either Monday or Tuesday and I'm leaning towards Monday.

It was Monday. We thought it was Tuesday, booked Sterlings that night, and ended up missing Italian night! Bummer.

We were on the CB last month and Caribbean night was on Monday.

The menu doesn't seem all that appealing to me...and since I'm the finickey eater in my family and they can go with the flow...if I don't like the menu for the night, we go to an alternative restaurant.
