i booked directly through the royal carribean website. If I am interested In upgrading my room do I call the general RC number or the crown and anchor number? Have always used a travel agent so just not sure. Thanks!

Call and ask.......

THat was my question—which number do I use the general RC number or as a crown and anchor member so I use that one? Just trying to avoid waiting on hold forever only to be told to call another number.

I would call C&A, I've had the best luck with them.

Call 1-866-562-7625, select option 3 and then option 2 as prompted.
