martyap Posted December 27, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2017 We don't need the flight until 12/1/18 for Dec. 2nd Freedom cruise. Looks like our non stop choices are either Delta or Jet Blue. Delta looks like they will post soon, better times, probably higher prices. My question......is it better to wait until JB posts or go with Delta? Any other options? Any suggestions........thanks Sent from my iPad using Forums

If so, it might be better to wait on Jet Blue, predicting they will have a lower fare based on a same date mock booking in March for comparision. Jet Blue was $600 non stop while Delta was $800. JetBlue seats are more comfortable and have more leg room than the basic economy seats on Delta. You would have to pay even more for Delta comfort seats to match JetBlue. I used freq. flyer points for a non stop on American booked about 9 months in advance. After the hurricane, we got switched to a jfk - mia -sju route even though we were flying business class. Sometimes you think you have a good plan and then the airline does something unpredictable.
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 29, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2017 I would also ask for input on the Cruise Air Board. Keith

The timing on their return flights are better and we prefer their service. I would wait and see what they come up with. -Kristi Sent from my iPad using Forums
Talex831 Posted January 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 1, 2018 We are flying nonstop out of EWR (Newark) in April on United for $119 one way. We are on a repositioning cruise, so we only needed flights to PR.
