Sea Princess from Sydney June 5 anyone doing private Petra tour?

Still trying to find things on these boards/threads but interested in whether any Cruise Critic members on the Sea Princess World Cruise 2018 from Sydney are organising a private van/car tour to Petra. I am an early riser and would be keen to get there early to avoid heat. There are some strong recommendations re a particular loca tour company but I would be grateful to know whether anyone has anything planned already with one seat available Cherub21

Do not decide to walk down and expect to get a ride back up for half the return fare!!!! It may well cost you more than the whole return fare.

You are doing right to try to do this with a small group and the roll call would be prefect.

 

I have visited Petra with my wife two different times and it is amazing.

 

We did it one time on our own and one time with another couple and doing it in a small group is preferable over a large group so that you can move around at your own pace and have the full attention of the guide.
