Offers/deals for UK passengers?

Hi all, we're seriously considering our first Princess cruise due to the Japanese itinerary, we have mostly travelled with Celebrity but also a little HaL and some of the smaller lines.

 

Question is do Princess tend to do deals or offers that are worth waiting for? We like to book X and HAL when they are offering drinks packages but also sometimes OBC, free grats etc. Having not looked closely at Princess previously I don't know if it is worth waiting for a good package to come along or not.

Hi, we do get some offers in the UK e.g. free onboard credit included, low or £1 deposit, free airfare for Med cruises, money off flights to Asia, unlimited drinks on certain cruises.

Lots of good UK offers on at the moment, 3rd and 4th pax at £99. 14 night cruise from Southampton for a family of 4 end of July £2350. That’s only £590 pp

I would say unless you are sailing from Southampton then deals/offers on Princess are basically non-existent for UK cruisers

No not at all, most cruises are cheaper to book in the UK than the US at the moment. I have a Princess UK and US accounts and always price check.

Agreed. I booked a Mediterranean cruise this week for two people at £1,287 per person. A fortnight ago, it would have been £1,729 per person.

Hmm, thanks for the advice - a mixed bag!

 

The cruise we're looking at is £1850 pp for 8 nights (balcony) - £230pppn with no perks which doesn't seem great to me. 3rd passenger is £931. £99 would be nice! It says 'sale' but doesn't seem to be. I will hang on & keep an eye on it I think!
