Kids program free or charge?

Is the Adventure Ocean/Aquanauts program free/included in the price you pay for the cruise - or is it an additional charge? I know the NURSERY portion is extra, but I can't find anything for the potty trained 3 year olds and up program.

The Adventure Ocean programs are all included in your cruise fare.

It is free (included) until 10pm. You can leave them in Adventure Ocean until midnight, but there is a charge after 10pm. I think it is $7/hour, but I'm not sure.

On Carnival, they will take non-potty trained toddlers starting at 2 in the included programs - change diapers and everything. Royal starts at 3 and must be potty trained, no exceptions.

 

We weren't thrilled with Royal's program... very limited hours.
