CB Fitness Equipment Age Requirement?

My 12yo son is headed for a State level soccer tournament just after we come home. He plays for one of the top teams in the state and his coach has asked all players who are headed out of town for Xmas to keep their fitness level up. Since my son plays right-midfielder position, it's imperative he maintain or increase his fitness level. Can 12 year olds use the fitness equipment? He can always have an adult with him as their are 4 of us and we can use a workout as well ;)

 

I realize there are other physical activities he can engage in, and I know he will as he's not one to sit and read, but a good solid workout everyday would be beneficial as well.

I have not been on the CP, but on the Golden children were allowed as long as they were with an adult. I assume all Princess ships would have the same policy. I took my son, 10 at the time, with me on several occasions.
