kingston13 Posted January 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 18, 2018 I have used them twice. Once in Nassau and once in San Juan. No problems at all. Paid the deposit and then the balance was due at the hotel.

CruiseMomTX Posted January 18, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 18, 2018 We have used resort for a day several times and liked it. We have also used shore excursioneer as well. We booked and liked Hilton Rose Hall and Secrets Wild Orchid both for Montego Bay, Jamaica.
Serendipity_123 Posted January 18, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 18, 2018 I used resortsforaday to book the Hilton Rose Hall. After some slight confusion during the pick up process all was smooth. I’d book through them again. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rare pirate4me2 Posted January 19, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 19, 2018 We have used them twice, once in Nassau and once in Ocho Rios. Both times we had a smooth check in process and great service at the resorts! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Dearabby_84 Posted January 19, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 19, 2018 We used resort for a day on our cruise stop in Cozumel, stayed at the Iberostar for the day. It was easy, paid a deposit at booking, took a cab from the pier and the rest I paid at the resort. It was super inexpensive compared to the cruise options. Daphne'sMom Posted January 19, 2018 #9 Share Posted January 19, 2018 We used Resort For A Day in Jamaica. Had read good reviews on Hilton Rose Hall but unfortunately it was already fully booked. The open option was Sunset Beach Resort. The resort was very nice and included a lazy river, swimming pools as well as natural beach (with a clothing optional area). Drinks and buffet meal were also included. The problem we had was that it was way overbooked. We looked for chairs as soon as we got there and walked up and down the beach before finding 4 various broken down ones to move together. They were pretty much all in use or saved by people at the resort (you could tell by the towels). Also, the lazy river had no tubes available as the people staying at the resort already had all of them in use. There were 4 of us and we managed to scavage some broken down chairs and move them together. We went snorkeling for a bit, got in line for our meal had a couple of drinks and asked to be taken back to the ship. This was in 2012. That is the only time we have ever used them. mdsgu Posted January 20, 2018 #10 Share Posted January 20, 2018 We used RFAD for the first time over Thanksgiving in Freeport. Worked out very well. Just read it carefully -- some of the resort bookings include transport from the pier to the resort and back, and some don't. We knew ours didn't include transport, but they estimated $30 RT for a taxi, and it was more like $80. The resort itself was just as advertised and completely uncrowded. amydresh Posted January 20, 2018 #12 Share Posted January 20, 2018 We used Resortforaday last Jan when we were in Montego Bay. We went to Sunscape Splash and had a good day. It wasn't overly crowded, we were able to find 4 chairs all together even in the afternoon when we moved from the pool area down to the beach.
