Does anyone know if it's still possible to email a Dept or person on a ship directly

Years ago if you wanted to contact a certain person or department there was a way to reach them directly via email.

 

We sailed in Cabin 2156 on the Reflection and had an issue with horrible vibrations which were confirmed by the Chief Engineer,2 other engineers and Julie head of guest relations when they came up to our cabin.

 

I'd like to contact either the Engineering dept or Julie directly to see if the problem has been resolved since we have just booked to sail on the Reflection again.

 

So if anyone has or knows of a way to contact them please let me know.

Since we are booked in a Sky suite again couldn't i contact the Michael's club concierge directly..how do i do that?

If you are in a Celebrity Suite or higher a shore side concierge would contact you. You could then ask them that question.
