Getting from Hobby airport to hotel on Galveston

I need some help picking transportation from Hobby Airport to Moody Garden? Then after cruise from port back to Hobby? Coming 2 days before cruise, but leaving same day cruise returns?

Check out Galveston Limo or Galveston Express online. Both seem to have good deals and good reviews.

Also check the price of renting a car and parking it at the port for the cruise. Some people have reported it's not bad compared to the price and inconvenience of shuttles.

You will need a car anyway if you want to see anything other than Moody Gardens. Or spend a lot on taxis. Galveston is a quaint and interesting town. Lots to see/do.

We have done two out of Galveston and used limos.com to shop car services. In town we just used taxi.

Another thought about a rental car. You can leave it at Moody Gardens for no charge during your cruise. MG offers shuttles to the pier. Taxi back from pier to pick up your car.
