I sailed back in December on the liberty and had issue with both kiosk when I had to type in the numbers on the screen maybe because they are old? When it came to type in the numbers screen were all over the place [emoji848]Did you guys had similar problems? I know service desk applies them for you but who wants to stand in line for 15+ minutes for something that You can do yourself In less than a minute [emoji57]

I've never used a kiosk on board so I can't really answer this but... If you just wait until the last day to pay off any onboard expenses you have with the GCs, you only have to go there once. Paying the cruise off with them is simple because you can just copy and paste however.

I wasn't able to type in the numbers on Glory either. They really need to update those things

I just keep them with me and when there’s no line i’ll Stop at guest services to add them. The lines on the last day can be pretty bad.
