Lunch on embarkation day on Koningsdam?

Will the MDR be open for lunch on the Koningsdam on embarkation day? Will be on Caribbean cruise this coming March 18. If so does anyone know what th menu might be?

The main dining room should be open for lunch on Embarkation day.

It was open on the 14th of Jan. when we boarded.

The embarkation day menu in the MDR is usually pared down because of reduced staff. In the past they offered three or four entrees ( fish, chicken or meat plus a vegetarian entree), soup, a couple of salads and dessert. We usually walk down to the MDR, and if nothing appeals to us, we go up to the Lido. On a couple of embarkation days they offered a reuben, which was disappointing.
