Epic birthday decorations

Are there any outside companies that do birthday decorations in staterooms? My mom is taking a cruise for her 80th birthday with her sister and I'd like to have decorations in their room. The ones on the ship I know aren't exciting and she wouldn't want a cake since they have so much food on the cruise already.

 

Any suggestions would be great. The only other thing I can think of is to send something to my Aunt that she can take onboard with them, but I'd rather it all be done for them.

We have added decorations after boarding to include along with the Cabin decorations. We put some on the cabin door entrance and inside the door and around the cabin.

If it is just your mom and her sister, I would probably stick to buying them the not-so-exciting NCL decorations.

 

We decorate our stateroom on almost every cruise. We go shopping at the dollar store for decorations that we don’t mind abandoning at the end of the cruise (yes, we take them all down on the last night of the cruise so that the steward does not have extra work). On a birthday cruise, our steward added a towel birthday cake to the room. On a Halloween cruise, our steward made some towel bats to go with our decorations. Other stewards just seem annoyed to have to work around decorations,,,, oh well.
