Recent Port Canaveral Terminal Parking Experience

Now that we can no longer prepay for parking at the port can someone who has done it recently tell me how the procedure works?

 

Do you pay as you enter or do you get a ticket and pay as you leave? Is it credit card only or can you pay in cash?

Pay as you enter by CC. I'm not sure about paying in cash as I always use a CC.

You can pay with cash. You feed the bills into the machine

do offsite parking, so much cheaper. We use Park Port Canaveral. Half the cost of the terminal parking and they are very fast. Use them every time we sail out of PC

We have probably sailed out of Canaveral 25+ times and we used to always do the park and cruise options at the hotel

 

Now that we are a little older we prefer the convenience of parking close to the ship and not having to deal with the shuttles.

 

We know it costs a little more, but we are willing to pay for the convenience. ;)

Park and Cruise off site- there is a shuttle- short ride- and when you get back they radio ahead and have your car waiting with the trunk open and waiting!
