Someone who would actually respond? Note sure why you wouldn't have addressed the "medical emergency " on board? That would have been the right time and place to have it addressed. ProgRockCruiser Posted February 1, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 1, 2018 If you are saying you (or someone you traveled with) had an actual medical emergency while on board, but was ignored by all Carnival staff, you should be calling a lawyer. I'm not one to jump right away to the legal stuff usually, but anything you do before talking to a lawyer could jeopardize legal results if you do eventually need to go that way. Flatbush Flyer Posted February 1, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 1, 2018 It's a complicated story, that's why I want to reach out to someone Whatever is your issue, hopefully you created a paper, digital and photographic trail of evidence. "After-the-fact emergency" often means "scam." And "complicated" is yet another "red flag." Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rh2458 Posted February 2, 2018 #12 Share Posted February 2, 2018 When were you able to get your emergency dealt with? Did you have to leave the ship to do it? I'm not tracking how a medical emergency could be ignored. If it was a medical emergency, and it was ignored I would imagine it ended in tragedy. If that's the case, I'm sorry for your loss.
