Cheers/Bubbles question

I pre-purchased the Cheers package for the Breeze on June 3rd out of Galveston. I know the Cheers part does not work the first day, but can I get the soda benefit on the first day from the card?

 

Why does Galveston, and NYC have this restriction?

you will not be paying for the 1st day so you cant have any of the cheers benefit on the first day so the answer is no.

 

the reason is the taxes that these states have for any liquor not purchased in texas. since cheers is any alcohol, they are not going to tell you there is a limit to drink only alcohol obtained in texas . its easier to just not allow cheers until the second day.
