I am reading that people are getting offered casino rates and they are stating they barely spent $50 in the casino as while I am spending almost $1000 every cruise and maybe once in awhile I get a $100 voucher for casino credit on my next cruise. Is there a number I can call and discuss because I called 1800Princess and they dont have an answer. I am very happy for the person that got the casino rate, but i would love to be included in that offer.

After reading about people getting a casino rate here on CC, I called Ocean Players Club 1 888 772-6697.

The rep was able to take off $460 on an Alaska cruise I have booked for Sept. 2019 and give me $75 casino credit.!

I always visit the casino when I cruise but never had offers.

With every cruise we usually decide which month and where we want to cruise we then call the casino phone number and they tell us what cruises are included in the casino promotion and that usually makes our decision as to which cruise we take whichever one is cheaper.

Is there a phone number I can call?

After 7 Princess cruises, this is all news to me!

If I don’t ever visit the casino, would I ever be eligible for a casino rate on an upcoming cruise?

Sure, all you need to do is sign up for last minute / drop and go offers by email. When the email of a great deals comes, hope you get the email quickly and respond as they don't last long.

I saw a great deal a day or two after Christmas, but I was too late.

Then a couple weeks ago another great offer of 399 for a balcony on a 10 day on the royal next month and I called my TA within 10 minutes. On our previous cruise I spent maybe half an hour playing slots and made about $10, I don't think the short time I spent at a slot machine had anything to do with it.
