Trinam2 Posted February 14, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Hey, I am having a hard time finding info on this. Is there a sports bar on the Magic? If not where can you catch a game? My DH and I are huge hockey fans. We are hopeful we won’t miss 2 games next week while on the Magic. However are able to accept it if we can’t. TIA Go Rangers!! cccer Posted February 14, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2018 I believe there is a sports bar off of the casino but I am not sure what games will be on. I usually sail in summer and occasionally there is a preseason football game but usually nothing i am interested in. At least you can go there and check up on the scores. JaxsMama Posted February 14, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2018 No sports bar on Magic. Sports were on in Red Frog Pub, casino bar and the bar on the sports deck. Sent from my SM-G928V using Forums mobile app
jerseyjjs Posted February 14, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Any sporting event would be shown either at Red Frog pub or the casino bar. But I'd be very doubtful that they'd be showing hockey.

Maybe we will get lucky
ChicagoHockey1118 Posted February 14, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Huge hockey fan here as well(obviously lol). I’ll be on the magic on March 10th, so hopefully I can see my Hawks, or any hockey for that matter

Trinam2 Posted February 14, 2018 Author #8 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Actually just realized we have NHL Center Ice app on iPad. If we purchase internet is it good enough to stream?
d12j28 Posted February 14, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 14, 2018 I wouldn't waste your money trying to stream as it doesn't work very well. I asked last year to have the casino bar put the Stanley Cup on (go Pens!) and they didn't even know what that or hockey was! So just said put it on NBC. I'm guessing you will have a hard time finding any NHL games to be honest.
coevan Posted February 14, 2018 #10 Share Posted February 14, 2018 "No sports bar on Magic. Sports were on in Red Frog Pub, casino bar and the bar on the sports deck." How about there's sports bar in the Casino, Red Frog, and the bar on sports deck.
Mr. Blonde Posted February 14, 2018 #11 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Huge hockey fan here as well(obviously lol). I’ll be on the magic on March 10th, so hopefully I can see my Hawks, or any hockey for that matter I'll be on that same cruise. I imagine most people that week will be the March Madness games. In my experience with cruises, live sporting events are very hit or miss.
Trinam2 Posted February 14, 2018 Author #12 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Ahhhh March madness! That’s definitely more likley to be seen than hockey. Thanks for all the info.
JaxsMama Posted February 14, 2018 #13 Share Posted February 14, 2018 We were on the Magic during football playoffs and they did a good job of having the games listed in funtimes and where to watch. Also had games on pool tv with sound. Sent from my SM-G928V using Forums mobile app
hard_eight Posted February 14, 2018 #14 Share Posted February 14, 2018 Best bet would be the casino bar.
riclop Posted February 15, 2018 #15 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Sports bar.
Doug910 Posted February 15, 2018 #16 Share Posted February 15, 2018 Just off the Magic and no dedicated Sports Bar. Like some others have said, the best place to view sporting events will be the Casino Bar. Be warned, lots of smokers there.
