Princess Cays Rentals

Are the floats, clamshells, and lockers available for rental on the island or must they be rented on the ship (Regal Princess) ahead of time? If they are available on the island, may I use my cruise card to pay for the rental?

EVERYTHING on the island can be charged to your room. Only some local trinkets might be paid for in cash.
