Towel Policy on Carnival Sunshine

Do we need to pack Beach Towels or can you use towels provided by the ship when you leave the ship on port days?

You can take them off the ship but they go on your card if they don't come back you get charged for them at the end of cruise

We always bring microfiber towels, the take up almost no room and dry very quickly, love them

No need to pack towels, Carnival provides them. When you come back in from port, swap them out for a clean/dry one. Be sure to keep up with it though because you're responsible for it and if you don't turn it back in, they charge you.

No need to pack towels so big they take up your entire beach bag and than worry about being responsible, or you can buy this:

we are sailors and swear by these microfiber towels, fold up to the size of a napkin and are 3' X 5'.
