Rostock and Breakaway

We have booked a ships tour into Berlin. Is it going to be mass chaos getting off the ship? Are we bussed to the train or do we walk to train? Appreciate hearing about your experiences. We usually sail smaller ships so we have lots to learn about the larger ship experience.

Breakaway will be docking in Warnemunde not Rostock

Not quite correct

In the 2018 season Norwegian Breakaway will be calling in Rostock/Warnemünde roughly every 9 days.

According to the Port of Rostock Cruise Ship call schedule for 2018

on 17th and 26th June she will berth in the Rostock Overseas Port (berth LP31) and for the rest of her calls will berth at the Warnemünde Cruise Terminal (berth P8).

Please note that with the exception of Aida ships, which have priority in the Cruise Terminal, cruise ships do not necessarily berth in the same place on each call. On the above web site you will find the official berthing schedule issued by the Port of Rostock Authority. Once assigned berths are only changed in exceptional circumstances as they are organized months, even years, in advance. There are also some very useful maps of both the Overseas Port and the Cruise Terminal and other general information about Rostock and Warnemünde on the same web site

Happy cruising :).
