Yes we received two but both are Premiers (regular and getaway). Our other offers are all lower cabin rates plus casino cash.

I think he/she is asking about Bounce Back offers. Letters under the cabin door at the end of your cruise.

And No, I have cruised twice but no letter. I do get Premier offers all the time.

Since January 1, 2018, anyone received a Carnival casino offer for a free cabin? Thanks for sharing.

Yes, while on Feb 4th Pride.

Going back March 4th on Pride and also got the DOU....only thing missing is free cash.:)

I haven't received any pack and play(free) cruises in two years. Once I started receiving premier offers I stopped getting free offers. I must not spend enough to get free premier offers. Just slightly reduced prices and casino cash.

Exact same here. Got my first BB offer under the cabin door bck in 2012. Got 4 total and did 3 until around 2014. Since then, have only gotten Pemier Cruise offers and was kind of impressed, because discounted cruise plus Cash and all the perks of the cruise. Was almost as good as free.

Went of a Premier cruise last month with the PC4 offer ($500 cash from the casino) and booked another when I got home for April 14th. Same offer PC4, but the cash has dropped to $200.

Guess I can go spend my time in the casino on another cruise line.

Don't get me wrong, I still think cruising is the best acation value for the money, but I can usually get that price down with a few hundred won in the Casino in a week. Maybe if I cruise another line, they will comp me better to get my business. Not a threat to Carnival as they really don't care. Enough other cruiers they can lure with their offers.

I had a free cruise bounce back offer in 2017 and we sailed on the 5-day Paradise in Nov., only having to pay the taxes/port charges. The bounce back offer from that cruise was not a free cruise, but drastically reduced fares and I booked the 7-day Miracle for March. In the meantime, we sailed on the Paradise in January for DH's surprise birthday cruise with a reduced casino rate. The bounce back offer from that cruise was $50 per person plus taxes/port charges and $100 in OBC. Couldn't pass it up so we sailed on the Paradise 2 weeks after the January cruise. So, to answer the OP's question, we have not had a free cruise bounce back offer in 2018, just very reduced rates.

I have a question. About how much does one have to play to get these free cruise offers? I've played quite a bit on my cruises and all I've ever gotten is a small discounted rate on future cruises.

It seems to depend. A few years ago when bookings were down, it didn't take much play at all to get a "free" offer. By free, I mean $50 pp and $100 OBC, pay for taxes and port fees. We did 3 of those in a year's time in 2014 and 2015- including an 11 day Journeys southern caribbean cruise. Amazing. Since then- I have only had premiere cruise offers for reduced fares, drinks on us card and casino cash. I had a bounce back offer in 2016 that was pretty good- but honestly, had lost enough in the casino that time that even a $200 cruise far seemed like too much. We DID use the bounce back though. The cruise where we received the bounce back offer was probably the only cruise where we gambled enough that I wasn't surprised to get some type of offer. Usually, I gamble some every day, but get frustrated if I am losing too much and go and do other things. We will spend a couple of hours a day or less in the casino, at the video poker machines. It takes 1500 points to earn a drinks on us card in the casino. My husband has never gotten the card. I have earned enough points to get the drinks on us a card a few times, but frequently not until the last day or two of a 7 day cruise.

Our last cruise was three weeks ago. I got a premiere offer I didn't take that looked like a bounce back offer but wasn't called that, and expired two weeks after we got off the ship. On February 21 I noticed a new premiere cruise offer in my online offers, and there were a ton of cruises to choose from. Normally, there are only a handful. I was surprised and booked one of them for September. The price of the cruise is barely reduced, but the perks are decent.

So this is all anecdotal but it should give you an idea of how little you can play and get some kind of consistent offers. I expect the people that are currently getting the free offers are probably earning more points than I do- at least some of them. It seems like Carnival sometimes sends out free offers to people that don't play too much, I assume to encourage them to visit the casino more.

It goes by points. If you play slot machines. You get one point for every $ 3.00 you put into it and play it. You have to be around 6,000 points to be offered a free cruise inside cabin. Lot of people have 10,000 to 20,000 points it’s not the money you lose or win it what you put into the machine

But you must win enough to not go bankrupt

I haven't received a bounce back since our first cruise. We can only assume that we received it because we had Carnival get our play history from Mandalay Bay before sailing. Since that cruise I've gambled much more but haven't received anything. I only play roulette though, so that may not help. I did get a Premier offer once, but didn't take them up on that offer.

I'm not playing for comps anyway... at least that's what I keep telling myself :) I certainly take advantage of the drink card, however.
