Viking Ocena Cruise from Hong Kong to Bangkok

I have 2 questions:

 

1) We arrive in Hong Kong on Friday night and our cruise leaves on Sunday, November 4. Any suggestions for what to do or tours to take, either inside the city or somewhat nearby, on that Saturday?

 

2) We arrive in Bangkok on the 17th and plan on leaving the ship in the morning to head to Siem Reap on and evening flight until the 19th. Any ideas on tours that would pick us up at the ship, take us for a tour and then drop us off at the airport?

For tours I would recommend posting on the Asia Ports Of Call Board and you can also ask about Bangkok on that board as well.

Why don't you look at Tripadvisor for those two cities, all kinds of tours listed.:)
