Embarkation: what bars are open on the Eurodam?

I was hoping to find a recent daily for embarkation day stating the bar hours for the Eurodam but didn't find one. We will be on the Eurodam departing next week-end out of Port Everglades. Our plane arrives at 9:30 am and we are planning on getting a cab and going straight to the port after we pick up our luggage. We are in a Neptune Suite so I hope it doesn't take too long to get through check-in and on board. What bars are open pre-noon? I'm thinking about one of their bloody Marys right now.....

I figure after a few of those whopper olives they use in the Bloody Marys, I won't need to go to lunch:eek:
