DisneyDatknee Posted March 5, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 5, 2018 I will be sailing on the Dream in May. Which dining room is used for the early dining. Does anyone know what the seat is for the tables by the windows? thanks for any help All of the AFT dining room is used for Early and the upper floor of the MID dining room is used for Early as well. Can't help you with the table #s, but we prefer the MID dining room as less vibrations from the motors. We chose YTD for that reason as YTD is only in the MID dining room on the lower floor. You can ask for a window if you get there early enough :)!
Rare Essiesmom Posted March 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 5, 2018 Tables by the windows are for 6-8, so if you were hoping for a two top, they might be reluctant to seat you there. EM

Not really worried about the vibrations, just want a good view of the ocean or for people watching at dinner, lol.
cruising maniac Posted March 6, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 6, 2018 So any idea which part of the ship would be assigned to which dining room? In other words, would a mid ship cabin be assigned to the aft dining room or the mid dining room?
mdsgu Posted March 6, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 6, 2018 We were mid-ship on the Dream in November and had the aft dining room for early dining. We wanted a table by the windows, so I emailed the maitre d' about 2 weeks prior to sailing. I never got a response, but we were seated next to a window. We had 6 people in our party. As above YourTimeDining is mid ship dining room and Assigned is Aft dining room as well as portions of the upper mid.

Best thing to do would be to email the Maiter d' and tell them the number in your party (including cabin numbers) and request a table with a veiw of the sea. No guarentees, but it usually gets results.
